This 18-hole Championship course, designed by Clifton, Ezell, and Clifton has been rated as a place to play for public golf courses in the Charlotte area. The neighboring community surrounding the course provides an upscale backdrop set well back to offer plenty of open space for a round of golf. Charlotte’s Premier Bentgrass Greens Public Facility! Highland Creek offers all golfers an enjoyable round. Although the layout may be challenging, it is set amidst some of the most picturesque golf holes in Charlotte, North Carolina. The course features Bentgrass greens, Bermuda fairways, four sets of tees from 5,080 to 7,000 yards, over 65 bunkers and water features on 11 different holes. The 9th Hole Par 4 calls for a precise tee shot to a narrow fairway where a shot left can find the creek which lines the fairway.
